1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PepPal is a free wellness tracking app that helps you log peptide and GLP-1 doses, weight, meals, and related progress. Features may include educational protocol suggestions, optional AI-assisted photo analysis, reminders, and optional connection to coaches or trainers via invite code.

The Service does not provide medical care, diagnoses, prescriptions, or pharmacy fulfillment. Shop and Telehealth links open third-party websites operated by others.

3. Not Medical Advice

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND WELLNESS TRACKING PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Protocol suggestions, AI outputs, and in-app content are educational only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide, GLP-1, or medication protocol. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or track in the app.

Statements regarding peptides and supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings in the app

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
• Do not attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (logs, photos, notes). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI analysis you request.

You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Coach & Provider Connections

Organizations (coaches, trainers, clinics) may invite you via code. Connecting shares your tracking data only after you give explicit consent. You may disconnect at any time.

InsertMD provides software tools for organizations; we do not employ or endorse individual coaches. B2B organization subscriptions are sold separately off-platform and are not purchased through in-app purchases.

8. External Links & Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party peptide stores, telehealth booking sites, and other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, pricing, or policies. Your use of external sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the PepPal name, logos, design, and software, is owned by InsertMD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as permitted by these Terms or with our written consent.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSERTMD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero, as the consumer app is free).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsertMD and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and InsertMD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
• In the event of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation
• InsertMD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or on a U.S. government prohibited party list

18. Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and InsertMD, not Google. Google is not responsible for the Service
• Google has no obligation or liability with respect to the app or these Terms
• You must comply with Google Play's terms of service in addition to these Terms
• InsertMD is solely responsible for the app, support, and any claims related to the app
